13 Nov Trail Running
Trail running gives your muscles, tendons and ligaments a different workout than running on a treadmill. Being out in nature, letting stress roll off your shoulders, and conquering the winding trails and varied terrain can be quite exhilarating. It gives your mind a break from daily tasks and routines. At Phelps LaClair we highly value nature and exercise along with great estate planning. We know the benefits of giving yourself new scenery, breathing fresh air, and working your muscles in a new way.
