Like some people we procrastinated drawing up our wills, power of attorney etc. When we received my husband's diagnosis of stage 4 liver cancer it was a wake up call. I contacted Phelps Law Office and left a message at 2am explaining the situation. We had an appointment with Bryan within 4 days. He explained our options in language we could understand. My husband's health declined rapidly and I needed to call him a week and 2 days before our next scheduled appointment. This was a Friday and Bryan had us meet him the following Monday.
