Looking for something fun to do in Chandler? Here are a few upcoming events that our team is particularly looking forward to! From arts and crafts to live music to bike rides, there are some really fun family activities coming up soon.
1: Chandler Jazz Festival
Enjoying the outdoors in Arizona? Check.

The Chandler Jazz Festival, running from April 9th to the 12th, is a fun and free way to enjoy some exceptional music. It is a wonderful family event, and you’re more than welcome to set up some camping chairs, blankets, and a picnic dinner in the Dr. A.J. Chandler Park while you enjoy the music.
2: Chandler Family Bike Ride
Scenic trails? Check.
Exercise? Check.
Fun for all ages? You guessed it, check!
The Chandler Annual Family Bike Ride is running for the 18th time this year! On Saturday, April 11th, join other bike-riding members of the community at the Chandler Park & Ride at 7:30 am. We know it sounds a little early, but it’s a fun and amazing way to start your day and feel connected to your neighbors. This is an all-ages activity, but it is a 7.8-mile ride, so you might want to bring along the bicycle trailer if you have little kids.
3: Sunbird Art and Fine Crafts Show
Who loves art? We do!
Who loves supporting local artists? We do!
The Sunbird Art and Fine Crafts Show in Chandler runs from 9 am to 2 pm on March 21st. This craft show features many exceptional vendors, including painters, jewelry makers, fiber artists, and many more. Show up to support your neighbors in their creative endeavors.

1: Farmers Markets
We have several year-round farmers markets here in Chandler, and you’ll find exceptional local produce and other goods at all of them! It’s a wonderful way to spend a Saturday with your family, or start planning weekly meals with seasonal ingredients.
2: Desert Golfing
Love a good round of golf and the Arizona weather? Chandler is actually home to quite a few outstanding golf courses. Although it could take you a few weekends to try them all… we aren’t sorry for that trouble.
3: Scenic Hikes
If your family loves the outdoors, spring is a great time to enjoy hiking or an afternoon at our local parks. We also love paying a seasonal visit to the Chandler Nature Center. If you’re planning a hike, remember to bring snacks, extra water, sunscreen, and a first aid kit. Many trails allow dogs, but make sure you check the rules before you leash up!
