Weathering the storm

During times of uncertainty like today, demand for our services tends to increase. This is our 40th year in business, and it is not the first storm we’ve had to weather. Our estate planning team is well-equipped to handle the demand, and we appreciate your trust in us. Here are a few steps we’ve taken to provide you with the estate planning help that you need, efficiently and safely, in light of the COVID-19 crisis:

Appointments Are Available

We know how important it is for us to remain available during this time to keep your estate plan up to date. We are still holding appointments for both new and existing clients. If you are new to us, we offer a free first time consultation with no obligation to discuss your goals and needs.

For those who prefer to stay at home, we are using simple technologies that allow us to meet with you via video conferencing or telephonically. The video conferencing format is very easy to use (just click a link in an email that we send to you), and it’s almost as good as you being right in our office; or maybe even better since you get to stay in the comfort of your home.

Additionally, we are still offering in-office appointments and have taken extra precautions to ensure the safety of our clients and team members. We are keeping meetings and traffic in the office to small numbers, avoiding physical contact with clients, providing new pens to each client for signings, and sanitizing all tables, chairs, door handles, and other surfaces after each visit.

Upcoming Educational Webinars

Many of our clients have enjoyed attending our live seminars to stay informed about today’s best estate planning strategies. Demand for this education is especially high right now, and we want to continue this service to our clients and the community even during the COVID-19 crisis. We are developing an estate planning webinar for you, your friends, and family members to attend in the comfort of your own home.
