Chelsea Alisoglu

Chelsea is the firm’s Director of Legal Operations and an experienced estate planning paralegal who has been a valued member of the Phelps LaClair team since 2017. In her role, Chelsea helps oversee the systems, processes, and client service standards that keep the firm running smoothly and allow the legal team to deliver a high level of care to clients.  She helps ensure that the firm’s internal operations support its broader mission: helping families protect their loved ones, avoid unnecessary court involvement, and move through important legal decisions with confidence and peace of mind.

With extensive experience in estate planning, probate, trust administration, and firm operations, Chelsea serves as an important bridge between the firm’s attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and clients. Her in-depth knowledge of estate planning allows her to explain complex concepts clearly, help clients better understand their estate plans, and support families involved in advanced planning. She is known for her organization, attention to detail, and ability to improve workflows so that clients receive a more efficient, thoughtful, and consistent experience.

A Michigan native, Chelsea enjoys taking advantage of Arizona’s weather and diverse landscape. She is also active in civic engagement and community advocacy, volunteering with grassroots efforts to help qualify statewide ballot measures in Arizona.  She enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, and spending time with her family and her dogs, Freya and Patches.  Her husband also has a cat.
