A Revocable Living Trust helps your estate avoid the Arizona probate process, keeps your affairs private, and provides asset management if you become incapacitated.

Every estate plan is different because every client is unique. Some people only need foundational documents like a Last Will & Testament and powers of attorney while others benefit from a Revocable Living Trust, business planning, or estate tax planning. During your consultation, we’ll educate you on the services that best fit your goals.

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all pricing. We use flat fees tailored to your individual goals that are communicated up front, so you know the fee before you move forward. During your free consultation, we’ll educate you on the options to accomplish your individual goals and provide a clear, flat fee before you decide how you wish to proceed.

The Lifetime Service Package is our commitment to keeping your estate plan current after it’s established. The Lifetime Service Package includes a review of your estate plan every three years to continue educating you on your estate plan as your family, assets, and Arizona laws change — at no
additional charge. While many firms bill annually for this service, ours is included in the flat fee paid when you establish your estate plan.

If there’s a trust in place, we guide the trustee through administration — paying expenses, notifying beneficiaries, and making distributions. If assets must go through court, we handle the probate process for you, including all filings and notices to creditors and beneficiaries. We’ll walk you through the process.
